Google acquires Bump Tech. maker of BumpTop

SEARCH ENGINE giant Google Inc. has acquired Bump Technologies Inc. This software company develops software that makes computer desktop appear to be 3-D.

Bump tech. In a statement said that it will close it's services, but allowed users to download the BumpTop software for 3-D advantage along with file management.

Google didn't disclosed the detail and terms of the deal. Bump Tech. announced about the deal on 30 April but didn't disclosed any financial details.

Google, is in an aggressive acquisition mood after the financial market recovery. Earlier it pulled back from the same acquisition. It is not only Google who is on buying spree, almost all big giants are investing heavily in acquisitions.

Google fell 1.2% to $525.70 on April 30 on NASDAQ stock market. In last financial the share of Google lost 15% . BumpTop is fresh innovative 3D desktop user interface that lets you stay organized and share your file and photos from your desktop naturally and easily.
